• You have a degree in Law, Urban Planning, Business Administration, Architecture or similar field
• You have previous leadership/management experience in asset management within the real estate industry.
• You have a deep understanding of urban planning and permitting
• You can assess and mitigate risks in a business environment
• You have knowledge of different sources of real estate information (public register, register of rights) and how to utilize them
• You’re tech savvy! (You know your way around an excel sheet)
• You are a total people-person and can strike up a conversation easily and build rapport with anyone you meet.
• You are results driven with amazing attention for details and can effortlessly juggle multiple competing priorities/deadlines while keeping a smile on your face
• Previous experience working in a matrix environment and with external vendors is an asset.
• Experience planning and executing projects is an asset.
• Knowledge of Ingka investments is an asset (but not necessary!)


• Assess and mitigate all risks related to Ingka properties
• Ensure Ingka properties run smoothly through regular monitoring and follow up of zoning, permits, property rights and obligations and third parties' activities. Initiate/lead any actions needed based on findings.
• Build and maintain long term relationships on real estate topics with the local community, public authorities, government officials, property partners and neighbors where Ingka properties are located.
• Safeguard Ingka interests and optimize operating cost by representing Ingka in all real estate aspects regarding shared areas/ properties.
• Lead land and permits related processes for all major rebuilds or extensions that involve an urban planning change or a building size increase.
• Work with property partners and local authorities to finalize the project continuing or pending legal obligations and facilitate the execution of obligations.
• Investigate and organize the process of real estate taxes optimizing during operation and support in obtaining of incentives during the permit and approval process.
• Organize and manage all the Real Estate Asset Management county/district database for all Ingka properties.
• Manage undeveloped Ingka properties in order to secure them and maximize value for further development.
• Manage easement agreements and other encumbrances in favor of third parties on Ingka properties.
