Ensure the group compliance with its filing and registration requirements.
Ensure that the group meets all KSA legal requirements.
Principal Contact for day-to-day contractual reviews, negotiations, drafting and reviewing all types of contracts, agreements, MOUs, NDAs.
Management of renewal/extension dates and related negotiation timetable.
Establish and use standard contract templates to prepare/agree to other agreements (e.g. Service Terms and Conditions, subcontracts, consultancy, agency, and reseller agreement) ensuring that terms of agreements are in compliance with group policies and terms of standard forms.
Advise and support on investments and commercial deals and the formation of new business entities.
Lead the implementation of any group strategic legal initiatives.
To engage and work with external counsel on crucial issues for the group, as well as to monitor their activities.
Editing all claims and legal cases are followed and well represented, gathering all related evidence and documents, represent the company as needed in front of court, editing appeals versus verdicts or judgments and submitting any objection needed to the court.
Bachelor’s degree in law
More than 3-5 years of experience in the legal field preferably at a group level.
Strong Knowledge in KSA laws, rules and regulations.
