As one of the key members of the Digital Channels organization, the Digital DTC Channel Operations Leader is tasked to provide the operational leadership and execution around IKEA’s Digital Channels strategy on China’s DTC channels, website, mini-program and APP, etc. and create seamless omni-channel shopping experience for our customers.
This role has responsibility for the digital DTC channel business (es) and is responsible for the quality of operations and executions to ensure business growth is on target by handling the day to day business operations. Also responsible for driving external vendors and delivering a seamless experience. Additionally, the responsibility of this role includes supporting Digital Channel Operations Manager (DTC) to oversee integration of relevant IT systems to support the business and cross-functional collaboration across the China organization.
• Be a contributor to IKEA’s digital DTC channel growth, focusing around the business on China website, APP and mini programs • Secure daily operations of digital DTC channel business, including product management, promotion tactic implementation, consumer journey optimization and financial supporting works • Be part of creating the digital DTC channel strategy and on a daily basis monitor and adjust the ecommerce calendar to achieve the sales target and operational KPI throughout the year • Monitor the consumer journey of our website, APP and mini program via efficient collaboration with relevant partners, providing input to continuously improve conversion and return on investment • Provide data-driven insights about our business to optimize strategy and operations. • Take part in competitor analysis to track sales, trends, product pattern and promotion schemes of key competitors to improve our sales and customer experience Regularly interpret traffic / store performance and consumer profile to find opportunity and drive own channel business growth. • Together with Sr.UX/UI Designer execute A/B test to improve the path to purchase and conversion funnel • Regularly coordinate with relevant teams, to ensure the product range, fulfilment, Customer Service, key events and commercial activities; • Raise the technical integration of relevant IT systems to support the business • Promote, actively engage and share the responsibility in the delivery of the Ingka sustainability, People & Planet Positive, Strategy to enable the ongoing transformation and growth of the IKEA business
