About the job To support and optimize the IKEA service business and secure satisfied customers and increased sales and profitability of the home furnishing offer. To support strategies and actions of the IKEA business in a multichannel retail environment through the functions involved in the IKEA service business to optimize the shopping experience to secure satisfied customers and increased sales and profitability. To achieve this using the knowledge of the IKEA product range, the local market, competition and customers.
Your assignment • Coordinate the workgroup meetings and ensure that the actions from the workgroup is followed up by the relevant stakeholders • Support markets with new service offers at relevant prices in the different sales channels. • Support markets with communication & activation across different channels & media • Support with consistent, seamless positive customer experience through all channels by ensuring that your department is always striving to fulfil the three IKEA customer motivators: "Is it worth it?", "Can I trust IKEA", "Is there something for me? • Support the regional commercial team in maximizing the opportunities of IKEA’s service business. • Support the implementation of country new service business priorities while sharing and implementing good solutions. • Support the operational excellence of the service business together with all relevant stakeholders. • Contribute to markets with scenario planning, qualitative performance of the new service business, end to end, and continuously improve the ways of working. • Support a cross-organizational alignment in terms of the scope of the service business in the market. • Actively support & ensure that the service business is in line with IKEA’s social & environmental commitment. • Support alignment of the service business across the organization by following up on performance of the service end to end and working with other functions in order that we maintain and improve the services offered.
This role reports to the Regional Services Manager.
• You have at least 5 years of retail sales and/or operations experience with a strong brand. • You have high energy, a passion for home furnishings. • You are analytical, customer-focused, self-motivated, results-oriented, have a flair for engaging people at all levels and influencing outcomes. Strategic planning and problem solving in a fast-paced environment is a norm for you.
