WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY

• Provide support for Project Manager/Leader and project team, such as project meeting scheduling and securing compliance with working methods and agreed routines.
• Support with activity planning (e.g. in roll-out projects), report on progress, analyse data and documentation. Support Project Manager/Leader with cost management
• Manage meeting planning and invitations such as taking minutes, manage distribution lists, manage review of invoices, coordinate travels
• Assemble and run information publishing according to communication plan
• Secure compliance with working methods and agreed routines
• Investigate and provide support for decisions
• Provide general project support within areas of planning, report on progress, analyse data, and documentation
• Support Project Manager with cost management
• Support with documentation structure
• Work across functions within the Retail Country
• Drive an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values
