•You are curious, a team player and open to learn. •You are energized by contributing to overall success and results as well as motivated by increasing customer value. •You are passionate about eCommerce and ready to be highly involved in different cross-functional projects across the entire omnichannel spectrum – like online content creation, SEO texting, following up and presenting results or webpage optimization. •You are looking for great experience in the online world of retailing, with the potential to find a permanent position within the team •You have experience of working in a retailer environment as well as knowledge in digital range presentation techniques, sales steering and range presentation •You have organizational and planning skills with an ability to prioritize and turn strategies into operational plans and impactful actions combined with analytical and strategic skills with ability to balance range presentation •You have great communication skills, in both German (fluency is a must) and English. •You are a digital native and have no problem working from home. •You have ideally already gained initial experience in eCommerce, either from your studies or from previous working experience.
•You will be part of the eCommerce Team and actively contribute to the success of the eCommerce Plan for IKEA Austria •You will support different areas within our eCommerce team, with focus on online content, range presentation and analyzing. •You will contribute to high-visibility projects for IKEA.at, supporting on strategic planning, operative implementation, following up and optimizing. •You will have the opportunity to co-create new webpages & online campaigns and take responsibility for ensuring deadlines are met and performance is optimized to achieve the magnificent result. •You will support to optimize the user experience and the customer journey as well as the easy buying process •You will get hands-on experience in working across different online projects in an omnichannel environment •You will often work in close collaboration with many different teams within IKEA, such as sales, design team, marketing and beyond to secure integration, common focus, and maximization of impact •You will be part and contribute to an open and sharing climate, being a role model of the IKEA values.

This internship should last minimum six months, start from 1st of September 2022.
The monthly gross salary for this internship will be € 1960 on full time basis.
